About me
I became a counsellor to help people make more sense of the challenges they face in their lives and find their own way towards living as they want to. I have particular experience of working with men of all ages and men and women with autism, Asperger's and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA).
Training and Accreditation
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred.) and I am bound by its Code of Practice and Ethics. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from the University of Oxford and have trained further in short-term work.
